Name the 10,000-rebound club
Every player with 10,000 or more career rebounds.
About this quiz
Rebounding totals are the most era-sensitive numbers in basketball. Teams in the 1960s missed far more shots, so there were vastly more rebounds available — which is why this list leans so heavily on players from before the three-point era.
For modern players, reaching 10,000 is a genuine outlier achievement. Knowing which recent big men made it is usually the difference between a good run and a great one.
How to beat the clock
- Lean old. The 1960s and 70s produced rebounding numbers the modern game cannot match.
- Only a small handful of players from the last twenty years qualify.
- Power forwards count too — this isn't only centres.
How answers are matched
Type a full name, or just a surname when it is unambiguous — “Jordan” counts on a list with one Jordan, but a list with several Johnsons asks for the first name too. Capitalisation, punctuation and accents are all ignored, so “o neal” and “O’Neal’ are the same answer. The clock starts when you do, and a correct name clears the box so you can keep typing.
