About this quiz

Reaching ten All-Star selections requires both peak quality and a decade of durability at that level. It is a far harder filter than it sounds, and the list is correspondingly short.

Because it rewards longevity as much as brilliance, a few names here are less celebrated than players who never made it — and several superstars with shorter primes are missing entirely.

How to beat the clock

  • Longevity matters as much as peak — think of players who stayed elite into their thirties.
  • A few obvious superstars are NOT on this list because their primes were short.
  • Go era by era; each decade contributes a recognisable cluster.

How answers are matched

Type a full name, or just a surname when it is unambiguous — “Jordan” counts on a list with one Jordan, but a list with several Johnsons asks for the first name too. Capitalisation, punctuation and accents are all ignored, so “o neal” and “O’Neal’ are the same answer. The clock starts when you do, and a correct name clears the box so you can keep typing.
